I believe (on a smaller than Biblical scale) humankind must endure obstacles that make life impossible, or at least feel that way.
Though our individual struggles may differ, our fate of temporary hopelessness is common.
What is uncommon is to actively seek to maintain hope.
I find this at times to be difficult, but I hope to gain strength and enlightenment.
If you find yourself feeling the same, I truly hope you stick around and that in some way my writing touches you.
Thank you for reading.

My first post; my first poem.
Why do you shed tears young mother?
With your children resting and fed.
Whilst you should sleep, instead must weep,
What troubles turn round in your head?
What aches your heart deep below?
Worries so big you can't let go?
Why do you cry young mother?
When you lie and rest your head.
With your children resting and fed.
Whilst you should sleep, instead must weep,
What troubles turn round in your head?
What aches your heart deep below?
Worries so big you can't let go?
Why do you cry young mother?
When you lie and rest your head.
